Made this for brunchie. Had hard time looking for the name of this dish. But finally stick to ‘Meat Carbie’. Complement with boiled China potato and sweet red potato. Back to the main dish – the meat, cooked without oil just dumped everything in the wok, ground pepper, black pepper if you prefer it spicy hot then salt, few splashed of oyster sauce for the balanced sweetness with chopped big onion and mixed veggies. To make it part of the brunchie name, those sausage pieces is just to close up the delicious meal for the happy tummy. Vollla….taste so naturallly Sweet from the combination of the beef sweetness the onion and the potatoes.. a recipe you shouldnt missed as it only took 20min to cook.
